Bigger and bigger

Back in the day I remember when 750mb was a big hard drive, and now we have hard drives which have more than 3000 times as much of storage space, with around 2,5 TB and things show no case of slowing down.

Seagate which will launch a SSD drive of 2,5 TB already has a normal SATA hard drive of 2 TB (pic above) and that is just for now, soon it will get even better and better.

But I do wonder if this luxury of ever growing hard drives has kept package programing back, since why bother creating better routines for packaging programs when in just a few months a better hard drive will be available.

Upward and onward!
